You can set an alarm to be informed when a source of information is not loaded, or when the reconciliation level of items does not exceed a set minimum percentage. This allows you to avoid having to manually verify certain milestones or relevant facts of the process, giving you the possibility to take action to correct a deviation or inconsistency in a timely manner.
Step 1. Each time you upload a source or create a reconciliation, Simetrik will automatically create alarms on the source upload dates and the minimum reconciliation percentage respectively. To view any of these alarms, click on the alarms icon in the sidebar.
Alarm Types
Date Alarms: This alarm seeks to notify users when no files have been uploaded to the selected source on the verified day. Initially this alarm will consider the upload date field as relevant to trigger the notification, i.e., if it is identified that no file was uploaded to Source x on d-1 (minus 1 day).
Alarms of % of conciliation: This alarm seeks to notify users when a reconciliation does not exceed a set minimum percentage. In the case of automatic alarms, the minimum percentage will always be 90%.
Step 2. The created alarms can be downloaded as a table, duplicated or edited .
Step 3. To duplicate an alarm, click on the icon:

Assign a description

Check the days of the week and hours when you want to receive the automatic alarm.
Select the method of receiving the alarm and save the changes.
Step 8. All alarms created will generate an automatic notification through the platform or by e-mail in the configured periodicity. In case the method is the Platform, you will be able to view them here:
