Reconcilable Groups

The Reconcilable Groups are the filters or combinations of filters that will allow us to classify the transactions or records that we want to reconcile later against another source.

How to create a reconcilable group?

Step 1. Apply filters The system will detect when you apply a filter and at the top right of the screen you will see a warning "You have unsaved filters".

Step 2. Create a reconcilable group Assign a name to the reconcilable group you want to create and save it.

  1. The reconcilable groups will be saved in Simetrik as a new source and you will be able to use them to make a reconciliation later.

  2. You will be able to create as many reconcilable groups as you need on a source or a reconciliation and you will be able to create as many combinations of filters as you need within the same reconcilable group.
