Status of a reconciliation

Now you can quickly view the status of your reconciliation.

Step 1 - Reconciliation module

Go to the reconciliations menu by clicking the Reconciliations button on the left sidebar.

Step 2 - Identify the Status column

Go to the reconciliations menu by clicking the Reconciliations button on the left sidebar.

Once you are in this section, you will see next to your reconciliations a column called "Status", which will show you 4 different statuses that we will explain below:

Status type:

  • Waiting: This status is presented in those reconciliations that have not yet finished being configured, that is, when the reconciliation is created and it is classified as a draft, because the changes have not been saved.

  • Processing: This status will be shown when a specific reconciliation is being executed, either because it was executed manually, the crossing rules were changed or because new files were added to the sources that feed your reconciliation.

  • Processed: When the reconciliation was executed correctly and does not present any problem.

  • Failed: When the reconciliation was executed but failed for some reason. To find out why it failed, you should contact our support team.
