It is recommended that the first sweep is created using the most accurate keys available, and then new reconciliation sweeps are created to run on the unreconciled transactions from the previous sweep. These secondary sweeps are usually built with "less strong" logics than the main ones, using varying degrees of "tolerance" in order to obtain healthy reconciliation metrics with the highest possible level of accuracy.
Step 1. The crossover keys created on a reconciliation will be saved as a first reconciliation sweep, that is, a set of crossover keys. This sweep can be duplicated or modified according to the user's needs.
To duplicate a sweep, click on duplicate sweep and modify the crossover keys of the next sweep, selecting or dragging the fields you want to consider. You can also type the tolerance ranges you want to take into account, for example, if it is a date field and you want to take into account transactions up to 1 day apart, type the number 1.
Step 2. To add a new sweep, click on Create new Sweep and drag or select the columns you want to consider in the reconciliation.
Step 3. To sort the sweeps, click on the icon with the arrow and drag the sweeps until they are in the desired order.
