FAQ

How do I make a transformation?

A transformation is an equation that is performed between the data of one or more columns in order to obtain a data that can be used within the crossover of our reconciliation.

  1. Click on the add columns button and add a transformation column.

  2. Select the columns you want to do your operation with.

  3. Verify that the formula is correct.

  4. Click on the green button to confirm that everything is correct.

  5. You will find your transformation column at the end of the table.

Why does a transaction not reconcile?

It can happen for two reasons, the first is that the crossover keys do not match and the other is that the counterparty is already reconciled.

How can I caste this date?

Caste is the action of changing the type of a data to another valid equivalent.

Why are there more transactions in my results than in my sources?

This happens because some transaction reconciled with more than one counterparty during the same run and sweep.

Can I upload a file with more/less columns in my source?

No, you can only upload files that have the same number of columns as the first file you used to set up your source.

Why does a file crash? There can be several reasons, the most common are:

  • Because the uploaded file does not have a defined structure.

  • Because the file does not match the source structure

  • Because there are extraneous conditions that prevent the file from being read. Why does the file keep scanning? A file should not take more than X amount of time to parse. In case this happens please contact support.

How do I undo-reconcile (clear my reconciliation)?

At this time it is not possible to undo-reconcile.
