There are two options for account creation in Simetrik
1. Login to simetrik.com and create an account by following the steps outlined in the section below. (The person who creates the account is assigned as the account administrator).
2. The Simetrik team can create the account directly in the database and assign the administrator that the customer chooses. Below you will find a description of the 2 flows:
Step 1 - Go to Simetrik.com
Login to the simetrik.com site and click on Get Started Free Now or Get Started Now.
You can register with your Google account or from any email you wish. You will receive an email from Simetrik to validate the creation of the account.
When you enter your account for the first time, you must create the workspaces you need.
If you are going to work as a team, you can invite the users you want to be part of the account or the workspace.
To invite a member of your team to the workspace you must enter their email.
Invited users will receive an email with an invitation to the account and specifically to the workspace to which they were added.
When the person accepts your invitation you will be able to choose the type of user they will have within the tool.
The administrator may change the user type and delete users at any time.
Step 1 - Contact the Account Manager
The person in charge of the account must contact his/her account manager and this person will create an internal ticket where the account creation and the administrator assignment will be managed. The steps of the first flow will be repeated from step 3.
