Archive reconciliations

This functionality will allow you to archive the reconciliations that you no longer want to have in your workspace.

What is the use of archiving reconciliations?

In Simetrik archiving works like deletion since we do not see the source or the reconciliation that we archive, the difference is that in the process of archiving the source or the reconciliation can be recovered by filing a support ticket.

How to archive a reconciliation?

Step 1 - Select the reconciliation to archive

Place your cursor on the reconciliation you want to delete, several buttons will appear in the bar to the right, click on the bin as indicated in the image.

Step 2 - Confirm the operation

A window will open where you will be asked if you want to confirm the operation. Click confirm to archive the reconciliation.

Note: You will not be able to archive reconciliations that are being used in other reconciliations
