Step 1. Select the funnel To apply a filter click on the gray funnel to the right of the cell containing the name of each column and filter by value. The system will display a bar with the first 50 options.
Step 2. Select the filtering options Click on the options you want to select or select all to display the information without filters.
Step 3. Apply the filter Note: At the top of the options bar you will see the symbols (AZ, ZA) that refer to the options to sort the table in ascending and descending order.
After selecting any option always click the "Apply" button and the system will apply the selected order on the column.
PRO TIPS:
The filter drop-down bar will give you the option to select all records or to remove selections. It will always be necessary to select one of the options after creating a filter or in case you want to get rid of the filter.
Applying filters will be of great help if you want to classify information to be reconciled later, as you will be able to convert them into Reconcilable Groups.
