When you first log in to Simetrik you will be prompted to download the Auth0 Guardian app, this can be done from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android devices, once you have downloaded the app to your cell phone you must click on "I've already downloaded it".
Once you have downloaded the mobile application, a QR code will appear in Simetrik that you must scan with the Auth0 Guardian application.
To do this, enter the application and in the lower right corner you will find a "+" icon, this will activate the camera of the cell phone with which you must scan the QR code.
Once you have scanned the QR code, you will automatically switch to the Simetrik screen where you will see the recovery code that you should save in a safe place as it will be needed in case you log in without your cell phone.
When you have saved the recovery code, select the option "I have safely recorded this code" and click on the arrow to continue the process.
Step 4. Finish authentication configuration To finish with this configuration you will see a screen with a green check confirming that everything is configured correctly and you only have to click on "Continue" to log in to Simetrik. Remember that all this configuration is only done the first time.
Every time you log in to Simetrik, you will automatically receive a push notification to your cell phone where you must authorize or deny access to your Simetrik account.
Once you have allowed access, you will be logged in and you will be able to work in Simetrik without any problem. If the push notification does not arrive to your cell phone you must click on "Enter code" and it will take you to another window where you will be asked for another code.
You must manually enter the Auth0 Guardian application, select the Simetrik account and at the bottom it will give you a 6-digit code, this code you must type in Simetrik and click on the arrow to continue. This way you will be logged into Simetrik.
